INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS

• Full payment is due at the time of booking
• Reservations canceled prior to 30 days of your reservation date will receive a full refund.
• Reservation canceled 30 days - 7 days prior to your reservation date will receive a refund minus a $50.00 security deposit.
• Reservations missed or canceled within 7 days of the reservation date will not be eligible for refunds.
• To insure a quality guest experience for all, party size is limited to 20 guests. Please see Private Events for parties of more than 20 guests.
  

PRIVATE EVENT CANCELLATIONS

• If you need to cancel your reservation before the 45-day deadline, we will provide a refund minus the $3000.00 security deposit.
• Reservations canceled within 45 days of the event date will not be eligible for refunds.
